What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller and you must contact and/or refer to the actual sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are often made back to the main card and may take up to Thirty days to credit back. However some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, for example only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please reference the original sellers refund policy.

Requirements for a Full Refund

Most of the time these are the basic requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items have to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices will need to have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

Third Party Seller Returns Policies

Although many sellers have a returns policy equivalent to our own, some seller returns policies may differ. Each seller's refund policy is available on the seller's web site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by way of the buyer.

Items valued at over must be returned towards seller using a trackable shipping service. Should the order is valued at 0 and up, insure the shipment for the price of this product and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: Should a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be entitled to refund.

Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you need to return huge or bulky item that had been delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you through the returns process and will have you contact our specialized consumer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. To ensure the return and refund are processed correctly.
